THERMO-TRU

It was a bold innovation for the home-building market 25 years ago when Therma-Tru introduced an entryway door that looked as beautiful as wood but performed with the durability of steel. But revolutionizing the industry is what you can expect from the nation’s leading manufacturer and most preferred brand of fiberglass and steel exterior door systems.

Therma-Tru’s roots go back to 1962 when David Welles, a retired Owens Corning executive, purchased a bankrupt building supply company in Toledo, Ohio. In 1982, the company launched its Fiber-Classic style, the first fiberglass door on the market.

The legacy of innovation continues today with a variety of new products designed to meet today’s building trends. Therma-Tru is a company that is committed to providing you with excellence in entryway and patio door systems that complement your home’s architectural style. And they have the attention to detail that can take the entry from bland to grand. Year after year, Therma-Tru introduces homeowners to new door styles to elevate their home’s entry.

Beautifully crafted, energy efficient, secure, and easy to maintain, Therma-Tru fiberglass entry doors are a durable alternative to wood or steel. See how Therma-Tru’s AccuGrain™ Technology has given their Classic-Craft® line of entry doors an authentic wood grain look. And new this year is the Canvas Collection™, their first premium, smooth paintable door.
